2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us:

• through the quote request form: name, phone number, email address, company, destination country, estimated quantity, preferred packaging, products wanted and the content of your message;
• when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: the information contained in your messages.

Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, language) may also be recorded automatically by the platform hosting the website, for security purposes and visit statistics.

3. Purposes

• answering your information and quote requests;
• managing our business relationship (offers, orders, shipments);
• ensuring the proper functioning, security and improvement of the website.

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for authorised staff of FRIGO EL JAOUHARI. It may be shared with our technical service providers, in particular Odoo S.A., which hosts this website, and Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept audience-measurement cookies), only to the extent necessary for their services.

5. Retention period

Data related to a request is kept for as long as necessary to process it and manage the business relationship, then for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies required for it to work (session, remembering your chosen language, form security). With your consent, given through the cookie banner, it also uses Google Analytics audience-measurement cookies to produce anonymous visit statistics. No cookie is used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies, or block cookies in your browser settings.

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data and, where applicable, to have it erased.
